Q. Do I have to add underwriting details if I have two lives added?
A. No, you can choose either life or complete the underwriting information for both.

Q. Can I add a disclosure later?
A. Yes, you can edit or add at any time. You will need to revalidate any dates added, save and continue, and re-quote.

Q. How do I know I have answered all the relevant questions for that disclosure?
A. You will see a green confirmation tick show on the left-hand menu column for that disclosure.

Q. Where can I find or save the disclosures I have added?
A. You can access this on the results page, within the Solution box. By clicking ‘Underwriting Breakdown’, you will see a link which says ‘underwriting applied for life and based on those disclosures’.

Q. Can I save the disclosure PDF, and does it pull back into a CRM?
A. The disclosure PDF will not be pulled back into CRM. You can save it as a PDF, but due to the sensitivity of information, we recommend you follow your company’s data protection policies.

Q. Do the disclosures I have added pre-populate the provider site when I apply for the quote?
A. There is no pre-population of the disclosure data, but if you do not alter the disclosures or add more information, the outcome should still be the same.

Q. Why don’t all Providers return indicative underwritten premiums?
A. Only Providers that have joined the Advanced Underwriting service will return underwritten premiums. We continue to work hard with the remaining providers and expect more to join the service.
