You can add the necessary disclosures here. The condition entered will ask questions about the client and include additional dynamic questions, depending on the answer to the previous question. You can then click save and continue:
- Disclosures Tab – This section provides an overview of the client and allows you to add disclosures.
- Adding a Disclosure – After adding a disclosure, you will be directed to a question set. The questions will adjust based on your input. Once all required questions are answered, a green checkmark will appear, indicating completion.
- Confirming Dates – If any dates are requested, click the Confirm button to validate them, you will be prompted if you try to continue without validating.
- Saving and Proceeding – After completing a disclosure, you can:
- Save and return to the benefits page.
- Save and continue to add another disclosure.
