- Life only – tick the ‘Life cover’ box
- Critical Illness only – tick the ‘Critical illness cover’ box
- Additional life and critical illness – tick the ‘Life cover’ and ‘Critical illness cover’ boxes for Life with Critical Illness that does not affect the life cover.
- Accelerated Life or Critical Illness – tick the ‘Life or earlier CI cover’ box for Life or earlier Critical Illness where the policy pays out and ends on the first event.
- Accelerated Life and Critical Illness on a split sum assured basis – tick the ‘Life cover’ and the ‘Life or earlier CI cover’ box. The sum of the two boxes will be the total paid out if death was the first event. The amount in the ‘Life or earlier CI cover’ box will be paid out if the critical illness was the first event, leaving the full amount in the ‘Life cover amount’ box should a death happen during the remaining policy period.
