If you wish to cancel just one of your users from your subscription, you can do this in the ‘Manage Subscription’
To cancel your direct debit, you will need to email us at uk.support@ipipeline.com.
As per our terms and conditions, we require 30 days’ notice, and you will be billed for any full month where the license is still active. Once the request has been sent to us, we will remove your SolutionBuilder access and direct debit with immediate effect, but billing will continue for any outstanding payments.
Please note: Only the user who has the ability to manage subscriptions will be able to add or remove users.
