How Do I Cancel My SolutionBuilder Direct Debit?

To cancel your direct debit you will need to email us on uk.support@ipipeline.com.

As per our terms and conditions, we require 30 days notice and you will be billed for any full month where the license is still active. Once the request has been sent to us, we remove the your SolutionBuilder access and direct debit with immediate effect, but billing will take any outstanding payments.

Please note: this request has to be made from the account holder and sent to our email for audit purposes.
