The quotes will be displayed on the Client History page as active, about to expire or expired.
- Active quotes – The quotes will appear as active on the client history for 30 days. Within this time the apply link will be active. You will also be able to access the comparison reports and illustrations. Be aware that SolutionBuilder is a live system so the premiums may change within that time. It is, therefore, recommended that you download a copy of the illustration to guarantee the initial premium for the 30 day time period.
- About to expire – counts down when close to the expiry date.
- Expired Quotes – Quotes will appear after the initial 30 days period as expired for a further 60 days. This makes requoting easy and minimises time spent re-entering data.
