You can do an Impaired Annuity quote in Assureweb. You will need to run an Annuity Detailed Quote (which is located under the Retirement Planning tab) with health and lifestyle conditions entered.
Providers can return guaranteed enhanced rates and the more health issues the better the annuity rate will be. It will state whether its guaranteed or not on the results page.
