This message means that something has been changed in the client file since the original quote was run, so it is prompting you to re-quote and update the quote to the newest version of the client.
You can check the client details are all correct by clicking the silhouette icon in the top right then clicking “Manage Client”.
If all the details in the client file are correct, click re-quote then quote now to update the quote to reflect any changes.
