What should I do if my Advanced Underwriting Outcome Differs On The Providers Side?

If you have put the exact like for like details in the providers underwriting screens and you have a different out come, in the first instance we would recommend you check you have idendical inputs.   If this is the case we would request you contact our customer support team, they will then investigate with the support of the provider if neccessary why you have a different outcome.  Please do not send any information to iPipeline which has your clients inputs in via email.  The team will provide a secure link if further information is required.
