The Product Features button isn’t available if you are doing a multi-benefit quote and trying to compare under the single policy solution.
Product Features is only available for standalone quotes, so instead, you will need to click ‘alternatives’ on the products under the multi-policy solution within SolutionBuilder. This will then allow you to compare the features of each separate quote.
