Why is the ‘Get Supporting Documents’ Button Greyed Out?

If the Get Supporting Documents button is greyed out, check to see if you have a provider selected for each of the policies within the quote. If any of the policies have a message saying ‘more than one provider has returned this premium’ then you will need to select which provider you want first before the system can download the documents for that policy.
Another reason for the Get Supporting Documents button being grey out is if the quote has expired.
