How Do I Change My Details on My Account?

If you have self-signed up on our website when creating an account, you change your details by clicking clicking ‘Manage Accounts’ on the dropdown at the top right of the My iPipeline Services page. Once you are on the Manage Accounts page, click the cogwheel icon which is to the left of the orange ‘Continue’ button, this will take you to a screen where you can amend details such as your firm FCA, firm address, name and contact details.

If your iPipeline account has been issued via a network/mortgage club/compliance firm, then you would need to contact their internal Administration Team to change any details on your account.
