Trouble Signing in With UniPass

As UniPass is a third-party service, you will need to check there are no issues with your Unipass certificate on the Unipass website.

Go to the support section and select ‘Test my Certificate’.

Please check your Unipass certificate is still current and if you have more than one certificate listed, check you are selecting the correct account.
